Alaska Christian College is a private non-profit school located in Soldotna, Alaska. Established in 1963, the college was formerly known as the Alaska Bible Institution and later changed its name to Alaska Christian College in 1994.
Alaska Christian College is a Christian centered institution whose goals is to meet the needs of the students and prepare them to serve their communities. ACC is affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) and is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education. It offers associate degree programs in Business Administration, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, General Studies and Ministry Leadership.
ACC’s mission is to provide an education that integrates Christian faith, academic excellence and cultural diversity, empowering students to serve their communities as they lead purposeful lives with a focus on providing education and skills that can help students succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
ACC’s campus is located on the Kenai Peninsula, surrounded by the beautiful wilderness of Alaska. The campus is located at the center of Alaskan adventure, Kenai provides a nice balance between the busier city atmosphere of Anchorage and the limited opportunities of a small town.
