Ilisagvik College is a public tribal community college located in Utqiaġvik (formerly known as Barrow), Alaska. It was established in 1986 as the North Slope Borough Education Department and was later changed to Ilisagvik College in 1995.

Ilisagvik College offers certificate and degree programs in various fields, including business, construction trades, health sciences, information technology, and liberal arts. The college also offers continuing education and workforce development programs.

The Ilisagvik College’s focus is on serving Alaska Native and rural students. The college offers programs and services that promote cultural preservation and support the needs of Indigenous students, including the use of Iñupiaq language in classes and programs.

In addition to the main campus in Utqiaġvik, Ilisagvik College has several satellite campuses located in other North Slope communities. These satellite campuses provide educational opportunities and support services for students who live in remote communities and cannot easily access the main campus.
