• Be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA recipient

• Be enrolled in an accredited high school.

• Have a minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale for high school seniors

• Have a minimum 2.5 GPA on 4.0 scale for undergraduate and graduate students

• Have an intention to enroll full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, college or graduate school.
